Video podcasting is pretty easy. This is a nice tutorial on the process: How to create a vodcast If you are doing this on a PC (using for example "Windows Movie Maker") you need to buy the pro version of Quicktime 7 (costs $30) so that you can get the H.264 coverter that you need. Quicktime 7 can load AVI files and then produce H.264 files. Windows Movie Maker can produe AVI files.
